Refund policy

STORE CREDIT ONLY

House of Ayala offers refunds in the form of store credit only. Once your return is received and processed, an electronic gift card will be issued to the email address provided at checkout.

Please note: Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified. We strongly encourage you to review your delivery address, sizing, and color selection carefully before finalizing your purchase. House of Ayala is not responsible for customer input errors.


Returns

To initiate a return, please email customerservice@houseofayala.com and include your order number. Returns must be initiated and postmarked within 10 business days of delivery.

If your return is approved, we will provide the return address. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your items upon delivery and contact us immediately if anything arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Be sure to include clear photos in your email. Each item is carefully inspected prior to shipment, but we’ll do our best to make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene concerns, bodysuits are final sale and not eligible for return.
We also do not accept returns on sale items.

Need a different size or style? The fastest way is to return the item (following the steps above), and once approved, place a new order.
